I'm sure many of you have heard the phrases, "Be a man." or "Man up."
Or maybe you've been accused of "Toxic Masculinity"?
But what do those even mean?
I've been a male since my birth in 1991. I don't know what age I became a man. Some days, I don't even know IF I've become a man.
Why don't we delve into what it means to "Be a man"
